Refund Policy

At Rock Edge, we provide Digital Marketing, Insurance, Loans, Travel, and related service assistance with professional effort, coordination, planning, and third-party support. By making any payment to Rock Edge, the customer agrees to the refund policy mentioned below.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Rock Edge for service charges, consultation fees, processing support, documentation assistance, booking assistance, marketing work, or coordination services are generally non-refundable once the service process has started.

2. Service-Based Charges

Rock Edge charges fees for time, effort, planning, consultation, documentation, campaign setup, coordination, communication, and service support. These charges are not dependent only on final approval, booking confirmation, lead conversion, policy issuance, or third-party result. Therefore, once work has started, service charges will not be refunded.

3. Digital Marketing Services

Payments made for digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Website Development, content creation, design, campaign setup, or strategy work are non-refundable after the project, campaign, design, setup, or planning work has started.

Marketing results may vary depending on market competition, ad budget, audience response, platform rules, customer offer, website quality, and business category. Rock Edge does not guarantee fixed leads, sales, rankings, approvals, or revenue.

4. Insurance Services

Insurance premium, policy charges, documentation fees, or service fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance company. Rock Edge’s assistance or service fee is non-refundable once the insurance process, documentation, quotation, or application support has started.

Policy cancellation, premium refund, claim settlement, or rejection is controlled by the respective insurance provider and not by Rock Edge.

5. Loan Services

Loan approval, loan amount, interest rate, processing fee, disbursement, or rejection depends on the bank, NBFC, financial institution, customer profile, credit score, income documents, verification, and eligibility criteria.

Any service fee, consultation fee, file preparation fee, documentation support fee, or processing assistance fee paid to Rock Edge is non-refundable once the loan process has started, whether the loan is approved, rejected, delayed, or cancelled by the customer or lender.

6. Travel Services

Payments made for flight tickets, hotels, cabs, cruises, domestic packages, international packages, visa support, or travel bookings are subject to airline, hotel, cab partner, cruise company, travel vendor, and third-party cancellation rules.

Rock Edge service charges, convenience fees, booking assistance charges, and coordination fees are non-refundable. Any refund from a third-party provider, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving the amount from the respective provider and after deduction of cancellation charges, service charges, taxes, payment gateway charges, and other applicable fees.

7. Third-Party Charges

Any amount paid to third-party companies, banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, airlines, hotels, vendors, platforms, payment gateways, advertising platforms, or travel partners will be governed by their own refund and cancellation policies. Rock Edge will not be responsible for delays, deductions, rejections, or non-refundable charges applied by third parties.

8. Customer Cancellation

If a customer cancels the service after payment and after work has started, no refund will be provided. This includes cancellation due to change of mind, delay in providing documents, incomplete information, personal reasons, change in requirement, or decision to use another service provider.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

No refund will be provided if the service is delayed, rejected, cancelled, or affected due to incorrect, incomplete, false, or late information/documents provided by the customer.

10. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where Rock Edge has not started any work, no consultation has been provided, no third-party process has been initiated, and no cost has been incurred. Any approved refund will be at the sole discretion of Rock Edge.

11. Refund Deductions

If any refund is approved, Rock Edge may deduct service charges, consultation fees, documentation charges, payment gateway fees, taxes, third-party costs, administrative charges, and any other cost already incurred.

12. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds, if any, may take 7 to 21 working days to process after verification and approval. The refund timeline may vary depending on bank, payment gateway, third-party provider, or internal review process.

13. No Guarantee of Outcome

Rock Edge provides service assistance, coordination, marketing support, documentation support, and guidance. We do not guarantee loan approval, insurance claim approval, policy issuance, fixed marketing results, confirmed leads, sales, travel availability, ticket prices, visa approval, or third-party service outcome.

14. Dispute Resolution

In case of any refund-related concern, the customer must contact Rock Edge with payment details, service details, and reason for request. Rock Edge will review the request and the final decision will remain with Rock Edge based on service status, work completed, third-party involvement, and applicable charges.

15. Policy Updates

Rock Edge reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means the customer accepts the latest Refund Policy.
